Shipping processing times

Processing time is 1-3 weeks plus shipping. We keep our latest order times updated on the announcement bar at the top of the home page on our website. Shipping time does not include processing time. Your order will be processing time plus shipping time.

International shipping

Important: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international orders.

EU - As of 23rd August 2022, when purchasing from a country in Europe, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

USA – All orders above USD $800 will be subject to import duties. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department however all duties will be calculated and payable at checkout and there should be no additional costs upon delivery. 

*Australia – All orders above AUS $1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information.

*Canada - Any item mailed to Canada may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Unless specifically exempted, you must pay the 5% GST on items you import into Canada by mail. 

All import duties, customs charges, taxes and admin fees (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK. These costs cannot be predicted and are outside of our control.

UK shipping

We send our orders via Royal mail and couriers.

If your order exceeds the value of £10.00 your order will be sent via tracked delivery.

Delivery times vary depending on location worldwide - 

Tracked delivery 1-3 working days - UK 

Tracked delivery 7-10 working days - USA 

Tracked delivery - 7-10 working days - Europe

Tracked delivery everywhere else - 10 - 15 days

If your order is below £10.00 your order will be sent second-class delivery UK (3-5 working days).
